If you try this method I would suggest growing smaller tomato varieties such as cherry or grape tomatoes. Another option is to grow a dwarf tomato plant which I am trying in one of my bags. I can see how growing a few tomatoes upside down could be easier than building a fence for your garden to keep your dogs out. If you’ve tried this method, I’d love to hear how it went for you!
